Train With Us Inside Restore Biomechanics
Over the past several years, myself and two colleagues have worked together to build an online training and education platform called Restore Biomechanics.
Each of us has spent years working with people who want to better understand their bodies — whether they’re navigating recurring aches, returning to activity, or simply trying to move and train with more confidence.
Restore Biomechanics was created as a way to combine our collective experience and teaching into a structured platform that people can access from anywhere.
Rather than offering one-off exercise suggestions, we built a pre-structured training environment designed to help people gradually develop strength, control, and coordination across the body.
The goal isn’t just to give you exercises.
The goal is to help you learn how your body works and expand what it can tolerate over time.
What You'll Find Inside the Platform
Inside Restore Biomechanics, members have access to a growing library of hundreds of guided workouts and programs designed to help develop strength and coordination across different joints and body regions.
Workouts range from short 5-minute focused sessions to longer 30–40 minute workouts, making it easier to find something that fits your time, energy, and goals on a given day.
The platform includes training focused on areas such as:
• Knees
• Shoulders
• Low back and spine
• Hips
• Feet and ankles
• Elbows and wrists
and many other areas where people often feel limited or restricted.
Most programs begin with simple, targeted strength work — often using isometric exercises — which allow you to challenge muscles and connective tissues at specific joint positions while improving control and coordination.
From there, many programs gradually expand into other forms of training, including:
• controlled movement exercises
• resistance band work
• bodyweight strength training
• dumbbell exercises
The goal is to progressively build strength, coordination, and tolerance to load across different types of movement.
A Platform That Continues to Grow
One of the core ideas behind Restore Biomechanics is that the platform itself continues to evolve.
We are constantly working to expand and improve the library by adding new workouts, new programs, and new ways to challenge the body.
As members progress, they can move from simpler, more controlled exercises toward more dynamic strength and movement training, allowing them to gradually develop more capacity and confidence in their body.
This ongoing development helps ensure that the platform can support people at many different stages of their movement journey.
A Structured Platform, Not Random Workouts
One of the biggest challenges people face when trying to improve how their body feels is simply not knowing where to start or how to progress.
Inside Restore Biomechanics, the programs are already structured for you.
Rather than guessing which exercises to do, members can follow guided programs and organized workout tracks that gradually build strength and coordination over time.
The workouts are delivered through the Everfit training app, which allows you to follow sessions directly from your phone with:
• demonstration videos
• guided workout structure
• progress tracking
• simple session navigation
This helps make training consistent and manageable, even with a busy schedule.
Ongoing Education and Live Q&A
In addition to the workout library, members also have access to live Q&A sessions where we discuss common movement questions, biomechanics concepts, and how to approach different physical challenges.
These conversations help provide context around the training approach and allow members to better understand why certain exercises are used and how they can be adapted.
Our goal has always been to help people become more informed decision-makers about their own bodies, rather than relying solely on rigid protocols.
Who This Platform Is For
Restore Biomechanics tends to work well for people who:
• want a structured approach to rebuilding strength and control
• are dealing with recurring aches or movement limitations
• want to return to activity more confidently
• are curious about how biomechanics influences pain and movement
You don’t need to be an athlete or highly trained to begin.
Many people start simply by learning how to activate muscles, control joints, and gradually rebuild tolerance to movement again.
A Quick Note
The Restore Biomechanics platform is intended as an educational training resource, not medical treatment or diagnosis.
Pain and movement limitations can have many contributing factors, and individual responses to exercise can vary.
The goal of the platform is to help people build strength, coordination, and movement capacity over time, so they can make more informed decisions about how they use their bodies.
