Cable Hip Extension - Primary muscles trained - gluteus maximus, semimembranosus, semitendinosus, biceps femoris (long head), adductor magnus, gracilis, adductor brevis

Cable Hip Adduction - Primary muscles trained - adductor magnus, adductor longus, adductor brevis, gracilis, pectineus, psoas major, iliacus, gluteus maximus (coccygeal fibers)

Cable Hip Abduction - Primary muscles trained - gluteus medius, gluteus minimus, tensor fascia latae, gluteus maximus (iliac and sacral fibers)

Cable Hip Internal Rotation - Primary muscles trained - tensor fascia latae, gluteus medius (anterior fibers), gluetus minimus (anterior fibers)
