Run a check on which kinds of equipment you have available to you already. The only pieces of equipment you need for ALL of these exercises is as follows:
resistance loops, one of each color
handled resistance bands, recommended at least 2 different resistance levels
2 ankle straps. One can be used to attach the band to objects if needed, and the other for performing several of the exercises.
1 thigh strap
2 carabiners

There are several types of carabiners that could work, just make sure that they have enough clearance to slide the band into them. We have provided an Amazon link below to a 2 pack that works well.
